BANANA BREAD

I think Overripe bananas must be used to make Banana Bread.

Bananas that are too ripe to eat at home must try this. It is a simple but amazing cake? Bread? Basically, you only need to stir and stir.

Tips:
Reserving some ingredients for topping can really improve the taste of the bread by more than a little bit (I learned it from my Chinese friend)

INGREDIENTS : (mold 23.6x9.5x6cm)

- 3 ripe bananas (medium size)

 - Brown sugar 50g

 - 2 eggs

 - Butter 60g

 - Coconut oil 25g (no equal amount can be replaced with butter)

 - All-purpose flour 200g

 - Salt 2g

 - Baking soda 2g

 - Baking powder 3g

 - 70g chopped nuts

STEPS:

Mash bananas and whisk in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and coconut oil

Mix well (reserve a little sugar and butter for topping) Sift in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and continue to mix evenly Finally add chopped nuts and mix well and pour into the mold (reserve a little nut fruit)

 ● Topping the reserved nuts, sugar and butter on the batter

●Changdi Beluga (name of oven used) Preheated at 175 degrees, baked in the middle layer for 60 minutes (the last 20 minutes

 Cover with tin foil)

 you're done

The aroma of bananas fills the whole room
