SHRIMP AND EGG SLIME

Very tender and smooth. 
 
Hello everyone, today I am sharing a simple and easy-to-learn home-cooked Shrimp and Egg Slime. 
It is huge and delicious!! The egg is tender and delicious, and the shrimp is smooth. 
 
The recipe is simple, try it together Gradually 
 
INGREDIENTS
Shrimp, 
eggs, 
black pepper, 
chopped green onion· 
 
METHOD
 
1. Peel and devein the shrimp, add a little salt and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
 
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the chopped green onion. Beat the eggs and add a little salt. Pepper, 1 tablespoon water starch (water starch can make eggs more tender) 
 
3. Pour in a little oil and stir-fry the shrimps until they change color, add the egg liquid and stir- fry evenly, take it out of the pan and start eating.
