GREEN ONION EGG PANCAKE

Stuck with lots of green onions at home and you don't know how to prepare? I have an idea for you! Quick and easy green onion (scallion) pancakes. These pancakes are perfect for breakfast or brunch. They are fluffy, airy and really light. You can serve scallion pancakes with cream cheese, with cottage cheese, with nut butter or even with something sweet like lam

Just stir the dough and you can make the green onion egg pancake. No need to knead the dough. Just stir the green onion egg pancake. It’s super delicious. It’s simple to make.
 
Ingredients: 
3 eggs 
Pure milk 
240g All-purpose flour 
140g 
15g chopped green onion 
1 ham 
2g salt 
Black pepper powder 
 
practice: 
 
1. Mix eggs and milk, then add flour and stir into a smooth batter. 
 
2. Add chopped green onion, diced ham, black pepper and salt and mix well 
 
3. Brush the pan with thin oil, scoop in a spoonful of batter, spread it thinly, fry over low heat until solidified, turn over, and continue frying until both sides are cooked. 
The quick egg pancake is ready. Remember to spread the pancake thinly. It’s super delicious when dipped in tomato sauce or chili.
