Milk-flavored egg pancakes, simple and delicious. It’s easy to make and paired with a glass of milk.
Ingredients: 150g all-purpose flour
200g milk
4 eggs
1 ham Carrot 30g
20g chopped green onion
2g salt
practice:
1 Add flour, eggs and milk to a bowl and mix well
2 Add chopped green onions, carrots, ham, black pepper and salt and mix well.
3 Brush the pan with thin oil, scoop in an appropriate amount of batter and spread it out quickly. Flip and continue frying until both sides are cooked through.
