Try this whole wheat toast. It is really super soft and very delicious. It does not contain much sugar. It is delicious to eat directly or make a sandwich.
Ingredients:
Two 450g toast molds
180g whole wheat coarse flour,
420g high flour,
10g salt,
40g sugar,
water 300~320g,
80g eggs (two small ones),
20g milk powder, dry
6 grams of yeast (18 grams of fresh yeast),
40 grams of butter.
Method:
1. 180g whole wheat flour 180g water (this amount of water is included in the formula inside) stir evenly, refrigerate and soak for more than two hours. use.
2. Except for yeast and butter, keep some remaining ingredients and soaked whole wheat dough, observe the dryness and humidity before adding slowly. Put it into a chef's machine and mix well. After deducting the water used for soaking, add about 120~150 grams of ice water. Do not add it all at once. Prepare in advance.
3. After beating into a somewhat tough dough, add yeast. Fresh yeast can be used. Add it directly. If it is dry yeast, you can mix it with a little water to form a paste and then add it to the dough. Continue to use a chef's machine to form a thick film.
4. Add softened butter, first at low speed and then at high speed, and beat out the dough. The whole wheat dough does not need to be beaten very thin, just 9 points.
5. Roll into a round shape and wait for about 40 minutes until doubled in size.
6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, roll it out twice, put it into the toast mold, and bake it into a 9- minute mold twice. Because the dough is relatively large, it needs to be made into a 9-minute mold.
let it rise for 9 minutes because the dough is relatively large
7. Preheat the oven in advance and bake it at 165-190 degrees for 38 minutes. Remember to save it cover with thin foil promptly.
8. Remove from the oven to remove the heat. Remove from the mold and cool thoroughly
