CURRY SHRIMP FRIED RICE

 
Ingredients:
 
Rice, shrimps + curry + onions, carrots, corn + green onions
 
practice:
 
1. Dice the carrots, onions and corn and set aside. Blanch the corn and carrots and control the moisture. Fry the shrimps until cooked and set aside.
