AVOCADO EGG TUNA BAGEL

A simple recipe for breakfast. 
 
Eliminate half a can of salmon and add avocado and eggs to make a simple, nutritious and delicious breakfast. Bagel bread is toasted and has a crispy surface The texture of mixed cheese and tuna is great in one bite. 
 
INGREDIENTS 
Canned tuna, 
1 egg, 
half an avocado, 
chili 
cilantro 
green onion 
cranberry bagel
Mayonnaise Essential 
cream cheese 
Black pepper sea salt
yellow mustard. 
 
PROCEDURES 
 
In a Bowl add canned  tuna + 1 egg + half an avocado + green onion, cilantro + chili noodles, 2 spoons of cream cheese + 1 spoon of mayonnaise + 1 spoon of yellow mustard + black pepper and sea salt and then mix well to form a paste. 
 
heat up your cranberry bread in the oven at 150 degress for 5 minutes and then sprayed the avocado mix paste on it.
