Condensed Milk Braided Bread Recipe

Material: 

300g high-gluten flour, 
40g eggs, 
140g milk, 
50g condensed milk, 
3g salt, 
25g butter, 
3g yeast

Put all the ingredients except butter into the cooking machine, turn on setting 2 for 2 minutes, then turn on setting 4 for 8 minutes, add softened butter, turn on setting 2 for 2 minutes, turn to setting 5 for 8 minutes, deflate the dough, close it with a round cover and cover with plastic wrap to rest Dough for 30 minutes, deflate and divide into ten doughs, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for a while, roll five into groups, and braid into a five-strand braid. 
 
In the five-strand braid method, 5 becomes 2, 13, and 2 becomes 3, repeat this Step 3: After braiding, place it in the oven to ferment. 
Brush the fermented bread with egg wash, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
