Ingredients:
3 whole chicken legs,
garlic,
honey,
light soy sauce,
aged Soy sauce,
oyster sauce,
cooking wine,
cracked black pepper,
salt ·
Method:
1 Wash and drain the whole chicken legs, cut with a knife, add garlic slices + appropriate amount of salt + 1 spoon of cooking wine + 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + 1 spoon of dark soy sauce + 1 spoon of honey + appropriate amount of black pepper, crush and marinate evenly about 1 hour
2 Put the marinated chicken legs on the grill, put them in the air fryer, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (you can pull them out in the middle to check the degree of coloring, OK Cover with tin foil appropriately)
3. Take out the chicken legs and brush them with honey, continue to bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
