INGREDIENTS :
300g Strong bread flour
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
200mL Lukewarm water
Pizza tomato sauce
Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cherry tomatoes, halved
STEPS:
1. Put the flour into a large bowl, then stir in the yeast and salt.
2. Make a well, pour in 200ml warm water and the olive oil and bring together with a wooden spoon until you have a soft, fairly wet dough.
3. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 mins until smooth. (Or you may knead it with a stand mixer, much easier haha)
4. Cover with a tea towel and set aside for 1-1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
5. Give it a quick knead, then split into two balls.
6. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into large rounds, about 25cm across, using a rolling pin.
7. Lift the rounds onto two floured baking sheets, top with tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves.
8. Bake in a preheated oven (240C) for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
9. Drizzle extra olive oil salt pepper and basil leaves on top
10. Serve and Enjoy
