BLACK SESAME AND WALNUT BREAD ROLLS

 
 
DOUGH
 
high gluten flour 210g

PROCEDURE
 
1. Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the mixer machine and turn on to mix.

3. Shape the dough into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven to ferment for 1 hour. (The temperature should be at 30)
 
4. Black sesame filling: 
 
mix sesame powder, milk powder and sugar, then pour in milk Mix well 
 
5. Roll the fermented dough into a rectangular sheet, turn it over and press it on the bottom. Thin 
 
6. Spread the filling (leave a few centimeters at the bottom without filling) and sprinkle with walnuts Crushed, rolled up from top to bottom 
 
7. Use a serrated knife to cut into sections, put them into paper trays, and put them in the oven to ferment at 35 degrees for 60 seconds minute.
 
8 Crispy grains: 
 
Put all the ingredients together and knead them with your hands until they resemble sandy grains. 
 
9. Spray milk on the surface of the bread and sprinkle with puff pastry.
 
10. Put it In the oven, set the heat to 170 and bake at 175 for 25 minutes.
