I don find out say the best way to make your chicken Breast na to soak am for salt water or add vinegar to water which oyinbo dey call the process brining.
The problem with this process of making chicken soft be say he dey consume time and he need big pot to hold the chicken.
Put the chicken inside the salt water and add ingredient like salt, pepper corn , garlic and star anise .
Cook all of this ingredients together then off the fire come to add the chicken inside.
Put the whole ingredient with the chicken together for cooler wey get plenty ice and live am make he sleep there for 12 hours.
Then come wash and dry the chicken.
After you dry the chicken he don ready to grill, fry or cook am as you want.
